FIRST CANALSIDE PROPERTIES RELEASED FOR SALE
CanalSide’s developer, Beach CanalSide, LLC (an affiliate of The Beach Company), today released pricing and program specifics for the first ten of
the initial offering’s 20 single-family homesites.
Interested buyers can visit the Vista Information Center at 807 Gervais St. to receive pricing and lot specifications, which will be followed-up with
a Reservation Agreement and additional commitment paperwork. Reservation documents will be forwarded to interested parties with specific information
regarding deadlines and selection parameters.
Additionally, floor plans and elevations for the first CanalSide loft condominiums, townhomes and apartments are now available for review at the
Information Center. These properties are scheduled to be released for pre-sale later this year.
Beach CanalSide, LLC has plans for 750 total residences and complimentary retail and commercial in the CanalSide community, located along the
Columbia Canal and Congaree River in the Vista district of downtown Columbia. Of those residences, 20 are planned as single-family homesites.
"Any buyer or builder interested in these homesites is encouraged to visit the Information Center," said Dan Doyle, vice president of development for
The Beach Company and lead development officer for CanalSide. "We have seen tremendous interest in these properties, and have a very limited supply
to satisfy the existing demand."
The homesite information packets are available in the Vista Information Center and include pricing, homesite dimensions, as well as detailed site
maps showing the homesite locations in relation to the rest of the development.
