MODEL SHOWROOM OPENS IN CANALSIDE'S VISTA INFORMATION OFFICE

Charleston, SC (September, 2007) - CanalSide's Vista Information Office has been expanded to feature a new Model Showroom. The display includes a model kitchen and bath area and showcases appliances, features, and finishes that will be found in the community's condominiums and townhomes.

Specific interior details showcased in the exhibit include elegant sconces, track and pendant lighting, modern ceiling fans, wood flooring, granite countertops, contemporary wood cabinets, stainless steel appliances, cultured marble sinks, garden tubs, a stand alone shower and more.

Visit the Showroom Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., beginning Wednesday, September 12 or by appointment.

CanalSide is a mixed-use development on the banks of the Columbia Canal in downtown Columbia's desirable Vista District. Current offerings include 3-story townhomes with two-car garages (from the $400s), Penthouse luxury condominiums with skyline views (from the $500s), and Loft-style condominiums (from the $170s). Pre-leasing for the initial Phase of apartment homes is slated for early 2008.

The community, developed by Beach CanalSide, LLC, an affiliate of The Beach Company, represents the new way to live in Columbia: a "city within a city" that will include retail, commercial and a wide range of residential offerings, all in a pedestrian-friendly neighborhood environment.
